Seasonal Home Monitoring

How many things can go wrong at your seasonal home? What if you're not there? How long will it be before you know something happened?

A seasonal home is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and maybe even the place you hope to retire. Some will even rent them out to offset the costs of upkeep by using them as a VRBO. Either way, these properties are a huge investment. No matter how you use your seasonal property, you want the peace of mind that comes with a licensed, insured, and certified home inspector watching over it for you. We are not just doing a "drive-by."  We will use our experience and training to look for potential problems as we monitor your property, giving you the same peace of mind, that you would have if you were actually there. BASIC monitoring, when you sign up for the annual program, costs about the same as a cup of coffee each day.  Your investment is worth much more than that.
