Walk-Through PLUS Inspection
Sometimes, market conditions or other factors may seem to make a Home Inspection contingency look like a hurdle to the process. In those situations when you choose not to have a contingency, you put yourself at higher risk, but you still want as many facts as possible to make financial decisions. Let us walk the property with you before the closing. We will not be using equipment and completing an inspection report during the walk-through part of the process. What we can provide, is a verbal picture of the homes condition, based on visual clues and our building science knowledge. We can try to spot areas of concern that will assist in making this large financial decision a little easier.
If your choice is to move forward without a contingency, you should still have some peace of mind in the home that you are investing in. We will do our best to spot any glaring issues during this walk-through with you. The full home inspection is still included with a Walk-Through PLUS inspection and will be scheduled with you after the closing.

- We do not, we will not, and we cannot, recommend making an offer to purchase without a full home inspection. There can be many items of concern found during a home inspection, that even the current owner is not aware of. Choosing to purchase without an inspection should not be a decision taken lightly due to the financial hardship you could face if unforeseen issues arise after closing.
